Prairie Builds started with a problem we were living with. Running a small business meant managing relationships, meetings, and follow-through with information spread across tools, and more of it than two people could consistently act on.
We built systems to close that gap in our own operation. That work became the consulting and AI engineering we now do for other small teams.

Co-Founder
Cade leads relationships and opportunity development, with a focus on understanding customer needs, developing strategic partnerships, and translating complex technical and business requirements into practical next steps.
His professional background spans technical sales, solution design, implementation, and customer success, giving him experience working across the full customer lifecycle and bridging the gap between customers, technical teams, and business objectives.
Cade graduated from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business, where he studied Business Analytics and Information Systems, and is a former Division I collegiate athlete.

Tim leads research and strategy, and builds the systems that connect useful information to commercial execution.
He graduated from the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business, where he studied in the award-winning Business Analytics and Information Systems program.
