How we work
An engagement is a working relationship, not a handoff. We consult, build, run the system alongside your team, and support it as your business changes.
The engagement, step by step
-
01
Understand your business and your tools
We start with how your business actually runs: the relationships, the recurring work, the tools already in use, and where the time goes. This includes advice on your broader technology setup, whether or not we build anything there.
-
02
Identify the work worth improving
Together we pick a few recurring pieces of work where preparation, follow-through, or visibility would make a real difference, and we agree on what better would look like.
-
03
Build a system configured for you
We connect the useful context, configure the system around your priorities, and set up the workspace where your team reviews what it prepares.
-
04
Run it alongside your team
We operate the system with you on real work, watch how it performs, adjust it, and make sure the people who own the relationships stay in control of every decision.
-
05
Support and improve
Ongoing maintenance, support, and improvement are part of the engagement. As your business changes, the system changes with it.
Clear responsibilities from the start
We define how your business information is handled, what your team controls, and how the system will be supported. Your engagement also sets out access, ongoing costs, and what happens if your needs change.
Ownership and operation are separate things. You control your business data and your accounts. We handle the technical operation we have agreed to. More on ownership and operation →
How we measure what changed
We agree on what to measure before we build. That usually means things like how much effort preparation takes, how quickly follow-ups go out, and how long it takes to find and resolve the decisions waiting on you.
We are careful about claims. A workflow that works is not the same as time saved, so we measure over a real period of operation and report what we actually observe.
People stay in charge
The system prepares briefs, drafts, and proposals. Your team reviews, edits, and approves. Nothing is sent, changed, or committed on your behalf without a person deciding it should be.
You can see what the system did, what it was working from, and what is waiting on you. Visibility is part of the value, not an afterthought.
